Reiki I (Usui Reiki)
Thursdays,August 12 & 19
6 – 9 PM at the Southbridge Campus of Quinsigimond Community College
Reiki I: Learn the natural method which uses life energy flow for relaxation, balance, well-being and acceleration of healing. The history of Usui Reiki is taught. You will receive Reiki I attunements; learn standard hand positions to treat yourself and others; and give and receive a Reiki treatment. Upon completion of the class, you will be able to practice Reiki on yourself and others.
Reiki I Certificate given.
