Energy for Individual Health Requests. "Acupuncture without needles." Wednesday Evenings 7 - 8 PM May - Sept. (6:30 - 7:30 Oct. - April) $10 per session or $8 for each of 6 sessions. In-person or remote/distance sessions available. Depending on time allowance, 1-2 requests may be "tapped" for. Inclusion by distance can be: * by phone or * the energy can be sent, remotely, during the Tues. PM class session time with the understanding and permission of the recipient. For Reiki Level I or above and those who wish to experience Reiki for the first time. ___________________________________________ Reiki I (Usui Reiki) Thursdays, August 12 & 19 6 – 9 PM at the Southbridge Campus of Quinsigimond Community College, Reiki I: Learn the natural method which uses life energy flow for relaxation, balance, well-being and acceleration of healing. The history of Usui Reiki is taught. You will receive Reiki I attunements; learn standard hand positions to treat yourself and others; and give and receive a Reiki treatment. Upon completion of the class, you will be able to practice Reiki on yourself and others.
